Great for delivery. Great selection of chinese food. Some of the best walnut and shrimp i"ve ever tasted. Not the best place for a sit down meal. I often order food for large parties.
Bravo Farms
Bravo Farms cheeses are amazing. We love the western sage Cheddar and chipotle cheddar. It's really convenient to be able to order these fantastic cheeses online.They delivered my cheese with such great timing. A visit to the gift shop is well worth the trip. You'll find spectacular jams, candies and gifts/novelty items and great prices.

Like the other rainbow donuts, this donut shop makes the donuts as fresh and delicious as the other shops. So far I like the rainbow donut shops. They open early and close late.

A local market that provides campers if everything they might have forgotten at home or need. What truly makes this place standout is their fabulous assortment of ice cream treats. Delicious shakes, malts and ice cream floats. Great on a hot summer day.
Shalimar Cuisine Of India
I'm not an expert on Indian food, but this place serves some good curry and the nan is nicely baked. Delivery is fast and the delivery guy is nice too. I had dinner at the restaurant and I think they have way to many mirrors, I will stick to ordering in.
Rivernook Campground
A great escape to the riverbanks of Kernville. Full bathrooms, hot showers and real toilets. Great sites on the riverfront, very kid-friendly. An easy walk to town and the museum.
Ewing's Restaurant On the Kern
Excellent steaks, really like the quality and cut. Prepared perfectly. Truly the nicest restaurant in this town. My friend celebrated her 30th birthday with friends and family. The cost was reasonable considering the amount of people. We had lots of compliments from the guests.
