Renato's has been around several years but recently had a change in ownership. Their menu has stayed the same. I love their pizza and their Greek salad is the best I've had around these parts. They also speak Spanish! I definitely recommend their food. If Mister Ricky delivers it . . . well, that's an added boonus.
This place is a factory! ! It's always packed and chaotic and you seldom see the same dentist twice. Unless you specifically request a dentist. BUT they get you in quickly and out quickly and I would pay big bucks for that. No warm and fuzzy feelings though so if that's important for a dentist (for your kids especially), this is not the place for you.
Bob and Bill - the owners of Exton and West Chester Bikes - are fantastic. They will spend hours with you brainstorming about what kind of bike you need. They will talk shoes, helmets, kids bikes, you name it. They are locally owned and operated. Go visit them!
Go to Sugartown Strawberries! You can buy in season fruits and/or veggies for a ridiculously reasonable price. You can get the friendly Farmer Bob treatment. And meet his cool dog. Go for a field trip or just to check out his new (this year!) hay maze.
Domestic Bliss cleaned our house for 3 years. They are THE best cleaners around. Competitive rates. I hated to fire them. But one of their cleaners repeatedly ate out of our fridge: in one instance drank a can of soda, crumpled it up, and threw it on our front yard! ! I asked that this cleaner NOT come back to our house but my request was ignored. She came back and ate more out of our fridge and pantry. And I never got a decent response from management about the incident. I can't recommend them but they were excellent cleaners!
Christine is wonderful - young, hip, and spends lots of time with her patients. She will return your email or phone calls quickly. She also has an excellent nurse practitioner and cool nurses on her staff. I highly recommend her!
You can get a good Italian meal here. My absolute fave is the Pollo Rosa Maria. It's delicious. Get it with the curly-Q pasta - I forget the name of it. The portions are gigantic. You can also get a pitcher of the house wine here. It's okay wine and more economical than wine by the glass or bottle. Service is a little flaky but usually very pleasant. Gets busy during prime dinner hours.
We go to McKenzie's a lot for dinner. They have okay entrees that are somewhat pricey. They have great pizzas, sandwiches, and salads. The beer is pretty good. They usually have 2-3 seasonal beers on tap that are enjoyable. My kids like the food on the kids' menu and afterwards, get to visit the treasure chest to pick out a prize. Parking during happy hour time can be ridiculous.
