With the exception of Dr. Ramchandran, their only good physician, I would not trust any of these practitioners to treat my dog. They blatantly and repeatedly- over 5 days- refused to consider that my 6 year old had something seriously wrong with him, despite alarming symptoms. I'm not a Dr. but could tell something was very wrong, I chose not to believe their repeated reassurances, and my son received life saving treatment in the emergency room.

Subsequent attempts to get emergency referrals submitted to our insurance were handled by Bayside staff with unbelievable incompetence, so bad the insurance company recommended we switch providers. This is a major hassle when you have open referrals, but I felt my children were in danger in Bayside's care, and did it.

Don't count on seeing Dr. Ramchandran, choose another provider.
