I went to Dr Dunnous for a year before realizing that he probably was not the best dentist I could be going to. That suspicion was confirmed when I started with another dentist who, upon examining my mouth, was horrified at the condition of my gums. The new dentist said that only a periodontist could handle the problems I had. Dr Dunnous saw the same condition but said nothing, only had me returning every 6 months for cleanings. He would have let me go on that way indefinitely, and I would have lost all my teeth. It is unconscionable that a professional would neglect a patient in that way. I do not recommened him.
After visiting Dr Rozanov for a consultation, I can't believe that what is stated in the previous post is true. I saw Dr Rozanov as a new patient, and he spent a full hour with me explaining the kind of treatment I would need, even after he realized that I would not be his patient because I cannot get the kind of treatment he offers.
He referred me to the kind of specialist I need, and his assistant was very helpful and attentive in making sure that my appointment with the specialist was set up properly.
Dr Rozanov and his staff showed me the utmost concern and interest, and did not ask for a single penny in payment. He gave me his time and assistance, and profit was not his motive. I highly recommend Dr Rozanov to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable and patient-focused dentist.
I ordered a hand cream and lip balm from this company and after waiting a week to receive the items, sent them an email asking when they had been shipped. After several days of not receiving a reply, I tried to call them. The 800 number on their site came up as "not available." I did a little searching and found another number, but it just rang and rang, with not even an answering machine to pick up the call.
Eventually I got a reply to my email, with no explanation of why there had been a delay. THey said they sent my package priority mail, even though on the site they said they would ship FedEx, which I preferred. I replied that I wished they had used the shipper they said they would use, and also asked them if they're still in business, since their phones don't seem to work. They said they ARE in business. I sent them another email asking why I can't reach them on the phone, and have waited a week for a reply. So far nothing. I finally received the package, and it is missing one of two items. No packing slip was enclosed, so there is no explanation of why I did not get the missing item. I have sent an email asking for a credit, but am not optimistic about getting a response. The vast majority of online retails sites conduct their business in a professional and reliable manner, but this is not one of them. I have rarely if ever run into such a poorly run online business. Even if DO like their products, I will do without them rather than go through this again. This was like buying on ebay.
