This is a great place to buy beer and liquor. There is always cold beer available in their walk in cooler. They have a plentiful choice of party supplies and snacks. A favorite of many of the students in the nearby apartment complexes.
Todbld's Party Store offer beer and wine like most other party stores, but it also offers pizza and those grocery staples that most households need. It is located close to the CMU campus and serves an area mostly occupied by students.
This used to be the Holiday Inn but was just recently purchased by the Soaring Eagle. The hotel is located less than a mile from the casino. The restaurant is good and they serve an excellent breakfast. There is also a bar/nightclub on the premises also.
This is a small gift shop that offers a variety of unique items. The staff is friendly and the shop is quaint. You can find something for that hard to shop for friend in this shop.
The beds here are comfortable but very expensive. The personnel in the store are knowledgeable and friendly. They do not use high pressure tactics to make a sale. You are allowed to try out the bed and adjust it to the different settings to see which one feels the best.
This is a great location for bicyclist. They conveniently located near the entrance to Stoney Creek Park and right along the Orchard Trail. They have great breakfast, plentiful amount for a modest price. If you're out for a early morning ride stop in for a good breakfast.
If you live near John R and Avon than this is the quick place to go for liquor, beer and wine. The outside looks pretty run down, but that doesn't effect the friendly service inside. There is also deli style sandwiches available. The downside is there is not much parking.
Max Liquor is basically a liquor and beer store. The liquor prices are comparable to everyone else, the beer may be a few cents more. They also sell your usual chips, pretzel, pop and similar party needs as well as a small deli counter.
this is a new facility, and you can get a car wash for $2. The big problems are that you don't get any drying other than the air dryers at the end of the wash, and you have to pull out onto M-59 ( Hall Rd) right at Van Dyke, which is often crowded.
This is a nice little family owned bakery. They make some of the best donuts you'll ever eat. The deli features sandwiches made on their own fresh breads and rolls. If you're on a diet I'd stay away.
