We totaled my company truck and I need to purchase a good used truck. We went up to Jackie Jones based on an add from the Autotrader.com. When we got their, the truck was exactly as it was described. We purchased the truck for the internet price posted on line. Within 3 days of owning the truck, the check engine light came on and the truck started acting up. I took it to our mechanic and they said the coil pack was bad. It is a very common issue with a F250. I called the dealership and they agreed to cover the cost of the repair. They promptly sent a check and the truck is running fine. I would recommend Jackie Jones to anyone looking to purchase a new or used truck.
Smyrna Autospa
I took a rental truck to Car Nutz Auto Spa off spring road following a trip to the lake with the dogs. The dogs were in the back seat and they left hair all over the back seat. For $18, they cleaned the whole truck up and it looked good. I tipped the girl $6 because she spent about 20 minutes on the inside. They did a good job.
Day's Chevrolet
I stopped in to look at a Tahoe listed on autotrader.com. I was greeted by a sales man by the name Jerry. Jerry was very pleasant to deal with and allowed us to take the Tahoe out for a long test drive without complaining. Jerry followed up and was very patient and low pressure.
St Angelo's Pizza
Stopped by to have dinner with a friend. The pizza came out lighting fast. The restaurant just moved and the new building is larger and more accommodating. They don't have their liquor license yet.
Fagan's Auto Parts
Holly crap, Fagan's is a huge junk yard. It must be at least 50 acres. My sister needed a new T-top for her Firebird. On our way to my parents house, we stopped in and they had one. We bought it, it was about the going rate for a junk yard. They will have anything you need.
Discount Food Mart
This is a small store by my standards, the isles are very close together. While in town my father and I stopped in and picked up some ribs. We grilled them and they were very tasty.
Jack's
Jacks has been recently been updated. The food is pretty good, but the fries are excellent. Over all the place looks nice and is an improvement to the city.
Ingles Market
This Ingles is fairly new so the store amenities are good. The produce is fresh and the prices are competitive. They have specials from time to time that will require a store discount card.
Jim 'N Nick's Bar-B-Q
Jim and Nicks is a good place to grab a bite of BBQ. The restaurant is nicely appointed and the staff is nice. There are cheaper BBQ places, but the atmosphere is good.
Quiznos
If you are looking for a good toasted sub, try Quiznos down on the square in downtown Cartersville. The restaurant is always clean and the food is always good.
