I enjoy when I have the time to stop by Flamingo's for a good cup of coffee and a bite to eat. Nice place, very low key. Good place to relax, read a magazine or people watch.
When those times in life hit when you need a little comfort food, the Olde Dixie Fried Chicken is the way to go. Great staff and a huge selection of things to order.
I don't mind waiting for a good pizza if I have to, but the wait time at Paisano's Pizza place was a bit of a stretch even for me. We had to wait nearly 40 minutes for our order to be up. They were crowded and understaffed. Pizza was good, but not worth the wait.
The pizza we had at Rossi's Pizzeria was worthy of the pizza I've gotten in NY before - and that's saying alot! Great flavor combinations, good use on the sauce and cheese.
I was very pleased with the pizza I had at Brooklyn Pizza. I was a little dubious about the name (having spent some time in the Big Apple), but impressed nevertheless. Very tasty.
Very happy with the pies we had at Victoriany's Pizza. My cousin plays ball and this is one of the places we'll go after a game. Usually not too crowded, it's easy to get your pies quickly.
I really liked the pizza at Mama Mia's. Nice flavors to the sauce, lots and lots of cheese, crust wasn't too doughy. Very nicely done. Waitstaff was very accomodating as well.
Hawk's Landing Steakhouse was the scene of a party I went to. What a pleasure~! Beautiful location, wonderful scenery. The food was to die for and the service was top notch.
I was referred to the Art of Make Up by my publicist who swore I wouldn't go wrong with them. She was right. Every single attention to detail was looked after and made things so much easier for me and my hectic schedule.
I go to the Oceanaire Seafood Room for their raw oyster bar. They have a huge selection of wonderful fish and seafood, but the oyster bar is my absolute favorite. I'm treated like a celebrity every time I go in.
