They are HORRIBLE. I previously lost my engagement ring and got a replacement through my insurance. My ring is a different ring which is to say they didn't get the band right, each side curves and blends in with the prongs. I went on line to look for a jeweler out here in Colorado cause the company I was working with was based in Boston. I strongly suggest to do your research in jewelers cause I found this company online and assumed they would be ok. Boy was I wrong. The Manager Jerry seemed very nice at first (of course because they want your business), once I agreed to let them make me a new band he was very rude. I showed him almost a complete replica of my original ring, and they still didn't get it right. I went there several times because I had hope they would get it right. That was my mistake. They would get something right but then messed something else up. He got very upset and very unprofessional, he yelled at me in there shop and told me that I was a fussy customer and I can never be satisfied and that he wasn't going to continue and I had to take it or leave it. I told him that he should be telling me, were gonna keep trying until we get it right, (they almost had it right) not tell thats it. I told him I don't think I should have to settle for what ever they give me.. I told him fine and I would like my money back that we payed. FYI, they overcharge for labor, gold, waxing. He told me NO, that he would give me parcial. I told him I would report him to the Better Business Bureau and take him to small claims court if he didn't. He told me to come Friday very rudely and walked away. He then was so unprofessional that the next day he had someone else call and tell me they couldn't make a ring I would be satisfied with because I was such a fussy customer.
