Appliance World
We have gone here on several occasions when one or another of my appliances needed to be replaced. We have run in to some very pushy sales people. Their prices are not much better than a small store. I try to stay away from this store.
COLDERS
Colders has a big selection of furniture for any room in your home.They have some real nice sales. The salespeople that I have dealt with were very nice. It is a nice big store.
Dino's Pizza Restaurant
They have very good pizza. You can carry out or they have a fairly nice restaurant. The atmosphere is average. The prices are a little on the high side. Parking is on the street.
Prospect Hill Garden Center
This is a very nice garden center. Their nursery stock is very nice and they have a wide variety, The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Their prices are a bit on the high side.
Jersey Pub & Grill
We normally don't go to bars, but a popular radio station was going to be there doing drawings for prizes one night. We decided to go and actually it was fun. They had the big screen TV so we were watching the baseball game. It is a nice place and they did serve food. I would go there again.
Fred's Garden Center
I have been to this garden center a couple of times. It is small, but they do have very nice fresh cemetery wreaths and they do have potted plants. I purchased a door hanging from them and it was really nice and average priced.
Saz's State House
This is a very popular place here in Milwaukee. They have a good brunch on Sundays, and lunch and dinner entrees are very good. The atmosphere is nice and the staff is very good. The prices are average.
Advance Landscape Center, Christmas Trees & Rock Salt
We go to this landscape company for lava rock and bark. You don't have to purchase these products in bags. We can get it by the yard which turns out to be cheaper. They also have some perennials. The staff is very nice and helpful.
Contemporary Carpet
We purchased carpeting for one of our bedrooms from this company. We normally always go to another place. They had the carpet I wanted. It was installed and about 6 months later it started to bunch up. They came and re stretched it, but within a few months it happened again. So when we need carpeting again we will go back to our regular place.
Carriage Cleaners
I have used this cleaners occasion. They do a very nice job and they do offer special and have coupons. I will go back to them. They are in a good location and the staff is nice. Their prices are average..
