the pastries are to die for! come around the holiday dia de los muertos for an amazing "pan de muerte" or bread of the dead! no matter what you get you cant go wrong!!!
amazing and authentic food at low prices! a burrito is only $5 and the salsa and guacamole are great! it is located in the heart of the mexican neighborhood Pilsen which makes the experience even greater! after you can venture off to the mexican fine arts museum located in Pilsen as well!!!
the best homemade fresh tortillas you will ever have! you can also find their items in the local grocery stores (tortillas, chips, ect). i would deefinitely recomend!
hubble hookah is a great place to enjoy hookah and watch bellydancers on the weekends! ive only been there once but i had a blast and would recomend it!
this is my favorite place in the whole world! everything designer for so cheap! they carry betsey johnson, seven jeans, lacoste, free people, ed hardy, kate spade... and more for cheap!!! i saw stuart weitzman pumps for only $159!!! it can be a hit or miss place but it's definitely worth the trip!!!
the pickwick is an old historic theater so it's pretty cool looking. the movies are cheaper than going to any regualr old movie theater so I would recomend it!
I have purchased some of this company's items in the grocery store and I am very pleased. be sure to check out the raw almonds and the banana chips. I havent tried other products yet but I am very pleased and I would buy from superior again.
campus gear has a lot of cool stuff for students who go to northwestern but in the basement, the store is dedicated to greek life! there are many cool items such as window decals, stationary, mugs, cups, pins and stickers. also a great places to buy letters for paddle making!
its like going to any regular gryos place. the italian beef is not good but everyone i worked with loved the chicken pitas. it's a good place to step out of work to go to but I wouldnt make a huge effort to go there at any other time.
if you enjoy hookah, north park hookah is a cool place to go. the only bad thing is that it gets crowded on the weekends and it is very small.. It is a dark place and you get to sit on cushions on the floor and they play arabic music. the hookah is good, i recomend the strawberry flavor. nicer places to check out are hubble hookah which is located on harlem right before belmont in chicago and ali baba on lawrence ave in chicago Il.
