This place has a bit of everything; lots of old books, movies, and records. Even if you aren't looking to buy anything vintage, it's a great place to check out. You never know what you might find here.
Basil's has amazing pasta. It's a very chill, romantic italian restaurant. It's a great place for first dates or for more special occasions. They serve wine and other mixed drinks.
The food is really good here, but at night, this place is basically dominated by people 21 or older. It turns into a definite bar scene. It's a great place to go for dinner or lunch though.
The outside of this place is misleading, but it's surprisingly good. I actually thought it was out of business the first time I went, because it looked kind of dead. I like their black tea.
Higher Grounds is my favorite coffee shop in town. The atmosphere is very chill. They have great lattes and scones. It's conveniently located near AR tech, so it's a great place for students.
This Stoby's is larger and has a wider variety of food than the Stoby's in Conway. The building is also much cooler; it's an old train car, and in the restaurant, there is a toy train that goes top of the room. This is a great place to go for lunch or dinner. Try to pita tuna!
This place has something for everyone. One time I went here, I got a vegetarian burrito. The other time, I got french toast. They have a hodgepodge of food all over the spectrum. Make sure you bring cash though if you go with a group, because they don't split checks!
This place is nice, but incredibly expensive. The view while you dine is nice, but the view from the Signature Lounge is arguably better, and the appetizers and drinks sold in the lounge end up damaging your wallet a lot less than the restaurant. I recommend going out to eat somewhere reasonably priced, then hitting up the Signature Lounge for drinks afterward if you just want to place to sit and enjoy the lovely lights of the Chicago skyline.
I had Berry Chill for the first time 2 weeks ago, and I've had it 2 other times since then. I'm addicted. I've gotten different toppings each time, but my favorite mixture was the M&Ms, raspberries, and blueberries together. It was healthy, but still satisfied my sweet tooth. It's expensive, but worth it! A small cup of frozen yogurt with 3 toppings is about $5.
I absolutely love their coffee, but their apple cider is amazing, too. What I really love more than the coffee at this place is the atmosphere inside. It's a very upscale coffee shop.
