Barney's is a quaint, little used bookstore located in downtown. I tend to hop in here every other Saturday to pick up a new used books. The average price of books here is about $1, and you can get great titles, too. I bought "The Secret Life of Bees" here for that price. The hours are subject to change, so you just have to kind-of peek in to see if they are open.
Treasure Chest has classic toys that it's hard to find in current toy stores. I always go here to get my niece or nephew a present. My nephew loves the Thomas The Tank Engine toys I get from him here. They have timeless toys that are much more special than cheap toys you get at places like Toys R' Us.
I'm 18-years-old, and I still love to go play the wide selection of arcade games at Playworld. I love ski ball and "Big Bertha." If you babysit, it's a great place to take kids. They have a ball pit, and a gigantic maze for kids around 5-12. They also have put-put golf.
This is the best place to get vitamins or any other health supplements. I come here to get hair tablets so that my hair grows faster and stays stronger. They have a great selection of everything.
Bosco's is by far, my favorite place to eat in the River Market. The food is amazing, especially the salads. They also brew their own beer. The waiters are always very helpful if you need help with what to order.
Gusano's is the only place to go for Chicago style pizza in LR. Their salads are also pretty good. Gusano's is a restaurant, but it also has a bar. The only problem I have with Gusano's is it tends to be a bit pricy.
Faby's is a mix between italian food and mexican food. There is definitely something on the menu for everyone. The prices are great and the portions are large. The atmosphere is darker and makes for a very pleasant dining experience.
It's located on the highway behind Greenbrier and Conway, so it's a great place to go even if you're a resident of Conway. They have great burgers and fries, and other typical items that a burger joint would have. It's a cozy atmosphere.
This is the ultimate place to go if you need to get jewelry or a handbag for a certain occasion. They have every type of earring or necklace you would ever need. Most of the jewelry is of poorer quality, but that's why the prices are so low. It's the size of a warehouse. I highly suggest it if you need to find a piece of jewelry for a certain event.
I bought my last racket here, and it is the best one I've ever had. They specialize in everything tennis. The staff knows all the best gear to get and can help you with anything. It's a bit pricier than buying tennis equipment at a department store, but the stuff is better quality.
