I generally have pretty low expectations for delivery food options these days, but this place far exceeded all of my expectations.
The food was hot and delicious. They delivered it in 20 minutes and it was definitely fresh. The portions were huge. They had to rubber band our boxes and put cardboard between them because they were so heavy and full of tasty, delicious food. For $6.50 you get an entree with fried rice and an egg roll. The portion size is at least enough for a big eater or 2 meals easily for a light eater.
The prices were great and the service was excellent.
Definitely the best Chinese in my area!
We had a great time in this little bar. It is clean, cheap and the atmosphere is nice. The decorations are minimal, but they keep everything clean and working properly.
There are several pool tables, many dartboards, a dancefloor and a smoking patio.
The food is also minimal as far as bar food goes but very reasonably priced.
The staff is extremely friendly here as well as the regulars.
This place was excellent on the price, portion sizes and the taste of the food. We all ordered something different but ended up sharing so that we could try a little of everything. The biscuits and gravy are awesome. The omelets are amazing. The skillet breakfasts are great too. All of the meals were under $9 and we had more than enough leftover.
Try one of their chocolate coffees. Excellent!!
They do close at 2:30 pm so be sure and get there before that.
This little coffee hut is a great place to get a cup of joe. The prices were reasonable. They don't skimp on the portion. The straight coffee is excellent as well as the iced coffee selections.
Much better than the chain coffee houses. Plus you can walk along the waterfront after you get your hot cup of delicious coffee.
We just ate at the Ship Inn. It was great seafood and large portion sizes for the price.
The service was excellent and the staff was super friendly.
We ordered the fish & chips and the combination plate & chips. They were both $22-$27 for the dinner which included seafood, fries, salad or soup, coleslaw, beverage and ice cream.
The beer at this local brewery is excellent. I enjoyed the Wreck the Halls IPA. The sampler tray of beer is a great place to start to try the beers.
The food is mediocre. I had a fish sandwich. The halibut was good, but didn't cover the bun. The macaroni and cheese was good, but not as hearty as I expected.
The atmosphere is great and the view is spectacular though. It is still worth stopping just go with the burgers or wings on the food.
Whenever we visit family here we have to come to Powell's. It is a real treat. Whether you are looking for a new book or an used one, you will find what you are looking for here. We found a book for our daughter that we had been looking for since last year. It was also only $5 used in good condition.
This place is excellent for gelato. I always wonder with gelato if I will be filled up by the little cups that they give you, but I am. It is so rich and delicious. We each got a different flavor and all of them are excellent. The coconut was my all time favorite though.
The cafe itself is clean and quaint.
I highly recommend giving this place a try. I don't settle for ice cream anymore.
The restaurant is small but the staff is friendly and accommodating. The food is very good. I was scared to try it, but I was very happy I did. The food is served on a large tray on top of injera bread. The bread is great and it is a lot of fun to eat basically with your hands. The mushroom dishes were excellent as well as the lamb and chicken.
We ordered 5 dishes and 2 veggies and it was plenty for the 8 of us.
The prices were excellent.
The violinist was not there that the previous reviewer spoke of so we had no complaints at all.
This place has phenomenal pizzas. Their veggie pizza is the greatest. It has roasted garlic and artichoke hearts on it as well as a variety of other vegatables. The pizza is reasonably priced and the crust is delicious. I highly recommend this pizza place if you are anywhere near Portland.
