Beef N Brandy Restaurant
The food is ok, if you have no where else to go at 2 in the morning. The service is horrible. Once a waitress had the nerve to complain because she didin't get a tip and went off on the table across from us. I also remember the manager not doing anything to her and just let it slide. Perhaps this is why the place changes managment every year. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
Exo Nails
I go here at least 3 times a month. I moved about 40 min away and i still drive all the way even with the crazy gas prices to get my nails and waxing done. I have been going here for over a year, they are so nice. The prices are reasonable and the service is even better. They know what i want with out me even having to tell them. Im a regular and i recommend everyone i know to them. They are very clean, and give you your own box with new tools and thing to use on you when you come in, they even write you name on they and make sure no one else uses your tools.
Plush Restaurant & Lounge
The food is great, and the music is even better. The service could use some work, The waitresses were kind of rude. Perhaps they should hire people that actual want to make some tips by being nice to customers. On the upside the decor is snazzy and a hip place to be on the weekends.
Another Level
This place has some good music, and they throw some awsome club event. Check them out on myspace, to see what events they have coming up with the local clubs in the chicagoland area.
Crobar
This place is onle fun when it's packed, the best place to be at crobar is in the vip. That's where the party really is, the djs are always better, and the music is great.
Tavern On Rush
This place is always packed like sardines. But well worth the wait, and transforms into a great place for drinks at night, and right next door to some great clubs. The location is a perfect spot if you want to go out for food then dancing next door and level... I've seen some celebrities out and about around here, so it's def a place to be.
Y bar
This place is for the young and sexy, i love the music and drinks are reasonable. Kinda small, but it's worth cramming into. It's always a fun place to hang on fridays and saturdays.
Kappy's
This place has a great variety of foods, perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner. One of my favorite things to order of the menu is the california french toast, it has a tasty mixture in the middle, and is topped with fresh fruit and granola. Taste like heaven on you plate. It's always busy here, and i guess it's because the food is so yummy, but the service is even better. :)
Quesabroso
I love mexican cusine, and this place has authentic mexican food. Their qucamole is fantastic, and comes with homemade tortia chips. They also have great meat selections, i don't know what brands they use but i sure wish i could buy it at jewel, because it goes great in their tacos or burritos, or fajitas. The service is great and they sometimes have a live one man band that is awsome. I would def reccomend this place.
Mediterranean Deli & Cafe
The food here is spectacular. They have a variety of foods here ecspecially greek cusine. I love the lemon chicken and patatoes, it's to die for. Among this they also have fresh deli meats and cheeses perfect for sandwiches or cold cut platters which are perfect for lunchens or parties. They do cater which is really nice, i have't had to plan anyting but when i do i will def have them whip something up for me.
