Fashion Tomato
The tomato has some really cute pieces but some of the stuff in there is kind of strange and out there. They also don't have much variety in sizes and they are a little overpriced.
Tragically Hip
Tragically Hip has really super cute clothes, and at reasonable prices. They have a range of styles and sizes and have really cute and unique cocktail dresses and such.
Ragstock
The Ragstock is really fun. They have a good mix of crazy clothes that you could use for costuming as well as cute going out clothes. They have awesome costumes during Halloween time.
Burberry
Burberry has really cute clothes and purses, if you can afford it. It's fun to window shop and sneak a look at the price tags. They have all the Burberry classics as well as the full line.
Nike Town
Nike Town is such a fun store and a must-go-to for any Chicago trip downtown. You can get all of your work-out gear there and other shoes and clothes that you can't get in the department stores (like riding boots). You can also get Nike Dunks and Air Force Ones.
Lululemon Athletica
LuluLemon is a high-end yoga apparal store. It's pretty expensive but it's all really good quality and they focus on eco-friendly products. All of their shopping bags are re-usable and they offer discounts if you bring your own shopping bag or not use a bag at all. The service is really good and the people really know what they are doing. They offer biodegradable products and love the environment.

Clarkes On Belmont
Clarke's is so good. It's a classic Chicago diner and is open 24 hours. Awesome to go to after going out and there's always interesting people there, even if it's at 3 in the morning.
L A Tan
Tancun wasn't very good. It's cheap so it's good for college students but I hadn't tanned in months and I went the full 15 minutes and didn't get anything. Then I went to a different salon and tanned for seven minutes and burned so obviously their beds aren't up to standard.
Beck's Book Stores Inc
Beck's is awesome and is a really good source for cheaper books and a lot of professors request books that the Loyola book store doesn't carry. It's great!
