Which probably wont be too much, since the food was horrible. We thought an Italian/Pizza buffet would be great, but everything they put out was very poor quality. For whatever the reason, this location has been a loser ever since The Hop moved out. I predict this place will be closed soon.
Hooters is a pretty tacky sports bar/dive bar. The best thing about it is that if you hate your life on the bar scene, there is an AA club right across the parking lot.
This place really packs'em in. Lots of beautiful Vietnamese girls (most with their boyfriends/husbands). This is professional entertainment from Viet Nam... not garage bands.
This place has lots of neat supplies for leather working. There are more projects and kits in here than you could imagine, and the kids love it. Neat tools and leather too.
Peter operates a neat leather shop at the Orange County Fairgrounds. We started going here for 4H, and ended up staying all the way. Lots of nice leather crafts with personal, hands-on instruction. Nice way for the kids to spend an afternoon while the adults go cruise the swap meet..
My brother was here recently and took my son to the new facility at Santa Monica Pier. My son loved it, and ended up going back 3 days later. Fun, safe and exciting. Like their saying goes, "Forget Fear... worry about the addiction".
We all hear about the gret factory sale at Aleeda, but you really get what you pay for. Usually, kids outgrow their wetsuits, but my son actually wore his until it fell apart. It was a 4/3 full suit, and it came apart at the seams, and was generally junk. I bought a full suit (3/2) and I use it in the summer, and it stretched out and is kind of funky
Once you feel the ocean around these parts, you will see why O'neill invented wetsuits. This is where you need them all year long, and where they were invented. I always wait for the new line to come out, then I buy the last years model at a discount.
I've been using O'neill wetsuits for over 30 years, and just bought another new one. Should last another 4 years like my last one. I've tried others, but always come back.
This was supposed to be located in Huntington Beach, but after we signed up it was moved to a house in Westminster, and is more of a business than a real school. You can learn Chinese, but it was a funky place to expect the kids to sit for 5 hours every Saturday. My kid hated it and learned hardly anything.
