Puppy Love

I have brought my dog to Puppy Love for years, and was always happy with the services. Two visits ago we were given a "bait and switch" price...I thought there was a miscommunication between my husband and me, so I paid it and went on. Last time when I went to pick up my dog (they always say they will call, but I finally have to call them to find out she is done), one of the workers yelled into a cage of a small white barking dog, "SHUT UP!" twice while I stood there at the counter. I won't be back. I'm not sure what has changed at Puppy Love, but it is NOT for the better.
