Aurelio's Pizza
The pizza here is usually very good, although sometimes very inconsistent....sometimes not enough sauce, sometimes overdone, etc. The sauce is a little sweeter than most, which is why I really like it. The lunch buffet is good...al you can eat and a salad. Service is usually good. Extras like bread sticks and marinara sauce are a great addition to go with a salad.
M & M Soul Food Cafe
This restaurant serves an interesting variety of soul food. The restaurant is very clean, and the service is good. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone that is looking for something different and a real change of pace.
3 Tomatoes & A Mozzarella
This restaurant has amazingly good food; they serve a great variety of pasta dishes (Pomodoro, Alfredo, Pesto Cream. Bolognese, etc). They also serve great specialty pizzas, and the largest are under $20. I would recommend this restaurant to any lover of Italian food and/or pizzas that are not your ordinary chain type of pie.
Steiner's-A Nevada Style Pub
The ribs are pretty good; they also have burgers, pastas, and salads....something for everyone. I have eaten at this location several times, and the food has always been good. It is not fancy...just good food. Sandwiches are a little higher than elsewhere ($9-$14) and most house specialty diners average $16 to $19 dollars. For pub food, you will not be disappointed!
Charlie Palmer Steak
This elegant restaurant serves outstanding steaks!! Everything is ala carte, and you have to pay for anything extra that you order. It is very expensive, but is an outstanding restaurant, especially for special occasions.
Sheraton Vistana Villages Resort Villas, I-Drive/Orlando
This timeshare resort has something for everyone...beautiful pools and lots of activities. The newer condos are much nicer than some of the older ones. We stayed in an older one several years ago and then a newer one last year...it was 100% nicer! The resort is very clean; pools are often crowded though. I would recommend staying here rather than just getting a hotel room...it is so nice to have a full kitchen even if no one wants to cook!!
Orange Lake Country Club Resrt
We have been going to Orange Lake one or twice each year for seven years. The golf courses are outstanding!! The accommodations vary; there are 4 different villages. The first one build is getting really old, although they have updated and remodeled them. The newer villages provide great accommodations. The resort shares a fence with Animal Kingdom (Disney), so the location is great. The pools are very nice.
Blondies Sports Bar & Grill
This sports bar is located in a large hotel and casino. sandwiches are good...not great. It is fun to sit at their outside tables and people watch. You can not get a glass of tap water4...you must buy bottled water. Not a problem for most people, as most prefer ordering beer. It is a very noisy bar, so if you want a quiet lunch or dinner with lots of conversation, this is not the place for you.
Hart's Nursery
This nursery is a must-see. Their beautiful exhibits and ponds are truly wonderful.. They have a large selection of annuals, perennials, and any other garden supply that you might need. Their hosta gardens are magnificent. It is fun to walk around this large establishment just to view what they have done!! It is beautiful!!
Diamond Den
This small store carries great jewelry. They provide excellent service as well: cleaning and repairing jewelry. Suzie, the owner, is a classy lady that will help you in any way that she can. She makes several trips each year to other countries to search for gems.
