Great french fries but not the cleanest place. Whenever I visit family we always stop by here. Greasy but good fries I just dont like how dirty it is. Worth a try.
Tokyo Garden
Good place to eat! I really enjoy how they cook the food in front of you. Kind of small and usually have to wait during the busy days, but other than that I would definitely check it out!
A New Hue
Cool place to get your hair done. The workers are friendly and they have great ideas. Kind of expensive but walk in knowing what specific kind of hair cut that you want.
Joy Alterations
I personally use this place whenever I need anything altered. Cheaper than any place in town that I have been to and she does a great job. Usually takes a few days for about 10 dollars.
Pop's Drive-In
I do not recommend going to this place. It is dirty and when I went through the drive through last time there were flies inside the area where they make the food. Greasy and dirty do not go!
Tavern By The Green Restaurant & Lounge
Definitely a place to check out in Bakersfield. Is one of the more popular restaurants. Good food and the employees are always helpful. Kind of pricy but worth the try!

I personally use this specific consignment store because of the variety of things that they accept. I take all of my old label clothing such as BCBG, Juicy Couture, and Seven clothing to this store. I promise you if you visit this store you are guaranteed to find a good deal!
Shabby Chic
yes expect to pay a lot for clothing that probably isn't even worth half the price but the clothing that they have is adorable and very unique. Located downtown around other boutiques, definitely check here if you are looking for any special occasion!
Tacos La Villa
If you are looking for good mexican tacos at a reasonable price this is the place to go. Open late and only 99 cents a taco I would definitely recommend running here for a late night snakc!
What Ever
If you are looking for reasonable unique clothing this is the place to go. With different styles and cute clothing that you can usually find way more expensive, it is very reasonable.
