I have only been here once, but I thoroughly enjoyed the food (the potato wrapped shrimp were soooo good) and they had happy hour prices for draft beer, Sierra Nevada, ($2.50) all night. There was live music (albeit a little loud) and the service was very good (although they want to clear the table before you're done eating). I would definitely go back. I think that this would be a fun little place for after work get togethers during the summer.
We booked a table for four on Valentines day. They shoved an extra table in near the door so after getting bumped and run into for several minutes we asked to be moved. The manager said, "no." We left and went to Macaroni Grill. I won't go back, as I have asked friends about the place and was told that it is nothing special.
Great food, good prices, excellent service at the Valencia Old Road Location. The service was a little slow at the Canyon Country location but after the garlic rolls were placed on the table, we completely forgot about our food orders. Highly recommended!!
I rarely patronize this establishment because they are pricey. However, the food is tasty and the beverage selection is above average. It is hidden from the street, so you almost have to stumble upon it or have a friend bring you.
I've been here several times for lunch. The food has been consistently good and the prices are reasonable. The sushi boats are highly recommended at the lunch hour!!
I love this place! The food and drink are consistently good. My only gripe is that the restaurant is too over air-conditioned sometimes. So, bring a jacket.
First off, one star is too high a rating for this dental group...
I had my first appointment with them in August 2007. They tried to sell me $3000. worth of dental work and pushed for replacing a perfectly good crown with one that cost over $1000. with a 5-year warranty. They also tried the hard-sell to get me to take a temporary crown even though I told them I was leaving the country on vacation for two weeks trying to convince me that their temporary crowns "never" malfunction....please.
THEN...they declined to clean and polish my teeth saying that their hygienist was too busy (I had already been in the office for an hour and a half). I had to research my insurance coverage and faxed them a copy of my coverage and co-pay options that I received directly from from my insurance provider. They never called me back to reschedule an appointment after determining that I would not be spending $3000 for new crowns.
I had my second AND FINAL visit yesterday. They found a new set of problems (like one of the reviewers said) and tried to convince me that I needed $1200. in dental work, little of which my insurance would cover. I had a problem with one of my teeth that I felt was the most emergent, but they would not fix this problem for less than $1000. telling me that my insurance would not cover any of the work (which I am sure would have been the same BS as last time).
They tried to hard-sell me a deep tissue cleaning and when I declined and asked them to just provide a regular cleaning (like I was scheduled for) the dentist told me and I quote, "It won't do you any good." What kind of crap is that? That is TWICE they refused to clean my teeth when that was what my appointment was for!!
DO NOT PATRONIZE THESE DENTAL OFFICES!! And as for my subject heading...I apologize to the used-car sales force out there. I am certain that they are more ethical.
