Carnation Cafe
Carnation Cafe is a wonderful place on Main street where you can have a nice breakfast before the rope drop to be ready for a great day. They have some wonderful means and the service can not be beat throughout the resort!
Redd Rocket's Pizza Port
Ok so its just a cafeteria pizza place right...wrong!!! Nestled back by Space Mountain this restaurant is the best place to eat at the Resort. The Count Down Chicken Fusilli is to die for, its a huge portion for only $9 and its very tasty. They offer lots of choices and its rarely swamped like some of the other eateries.
rancho Del Zocalo
$10 to $12 for very bland mexican food is all I can say for this place. It gets really busy but if you really want Mexican its a good choice within the resort. They do have children's menus with tacos and even a rice and chicken for toddlers. Its a nice location though right next to big thunder. Its great during halloween because of the decorations.
French Market
The food is ok here including Plantation Citrus chicken, Salmon Creol, chicken salad etc. They also have a nice children's menu featuring Roast beef or mac n cheese. But at $7 for kids and up to $12 for an adult lunch. There are better options within the resort.
Cafe Orleans
Cafe Orleans is not cheap but if you want a nice meal in Disneyland its a great restaurant. They have some wonderful southern and creole food including the best Pommes Frites, and the Monte Cristo is pretty good. If you are looking for a nicer sit down meal this is a great place.
Blue Bayou Restaurant
The food at the Blue Bayou is fine, its not the most amazing food in the world, but really what theme park food is...but the atmosphere is amazing. Make sure to make reservations and ask to be seated outside (which means you are in the dark overlooking the Pirates of the Caribbean loading area. Its so much fun to sit and watch the boats go by!
Storytellers Cafe
There are so many wonderful things about Storytellers Cafe. First the Grand Californian Hotel is amazing, its a big lodge and walking through it is an experience. The restaurant itself is beautiful and filled with animal friends like Chip and Dale. The best part is for breakfast you can order off the menu or have the buffet.
PLaza Inn
You definitely need to call and make reservations or you will be waiting forever but this is a great in Park Character meal. The breakfast is a buffet with waffles, eggs, etc and you will see characters like Minnie, Peter Pan, Fairy Godmother etc. There are at least 6-8 characters that come through and they stop at every table. Bring an autograph book for a great keepsake!
Ariel's Grotto - Closed
If you have little girls that want to meet all the princesses then this is a great place, but honestly the food is only ok for the price. You are paying for the experience and in that respect its totally worth it!!!
Bass Lake Boat Rentals
This is the easiest boat rental location on Bass Lake. They have a great selection of pontoon and ski boats and they are very helpful with getting you set up. They also offer slip rentals at the pines.
