I'm not much of a doughnut eater, but my husband is and he says they're always light and fresh, and my daughter loves the chocolate coconut doughnuts.
My daughter went here on a field trip and absolutely loved it. They have a pumpkin patch where kids can see and learn about pumpkins, a hay ride that goes through the farm, and a tour that teaches them about cattle and their care.
This is a great place for homeschool kids to learn about camels, but it's great for the whole family too. They had a baby camel when we went and it was adorable. They have soap made from camel's milk and a ton of camels to meet and see. The tour teaches about camel care and the benefits of camel milk. Very interesting!
If you're looking for your cuppa Joe without having to deal with the hustle and bustle of Starbucks, this is your place! Outside seating makes it easy to people watch and catch up with your friends all at once. Great place.
I stopped here once for breakfast a while ago and found it to be quite good, especially considering that their prices were VERY reasonable. Wish I lived closer to the Estates!
This darling little shop is located just past the "big sign" and is a great addition to the neighborhood. It's a tiny little candy store with all the classic old candies and a little theatre in the back that stages some remarkably good plays. It's a fun place and worth a stop.
I've heard that they finally got their liquor license so you don't have to bring your own, so that's a big addition. The food is good, but spicy, and the beans are great.
We've eaten here a few times and our daughter loves it because she gets to throw the peanut shells on the floor. The steaks are really good as are the salads. It's a fun place to eat.
This is a cute little coffee shop with outside seating and good baked goods. The coffee is fresh and priced similar to comparable coffee shops. It's a great place to relax, sit, and catch up with friends.
I love the calamari the scallops, but the chilean sea bass is good too. Prices were reasonable for the quality of the food, and the service was pretty good. Definitely worth checking out.
