The best all vegetarian restaurant in the mission by far. Tons of vegetarian sushi and noodles. The restaurant is tiny and the lights are very bright, but the food is delicious
This is a great place. The runs are very wide which is great for begniners. I only wish they had more wooded runs, as in long trails surrounded by woods.
Its hard to beat a delicious milkshake after a full day on the slopes. This place is just about 45 mins outside of tahoe and well worth the wait for dinner. I'm a vegetarian I even thought the burgers looked delicious! The garden burger was very good, but the milkshake was perfect.
I wouldn't take my volvo (1968 122s) to anyone else in the city. Bill (the service manager) is amazingly nice and they do a super job. Their estimates are exactly what my repiar cost.
Just took my car here for the second time and I wanted to add an update to my review:
I went in this morning with my very old volvo (68) and thought I was in for hundreds of dollars of work. They opened my hood, spent 5 minutes, fixed the problem and didn't charge me a penny! They could have easily parked the car and worked on it after I left and charged me whatever they wanted and I would have had no idea. These guys are awesome and trustworthy, and you cant beat that!
I waited a week to write this review because I wanted to make sure everything went fine with my Lasic surgery. I've got to say my vision is now better than it ever was with contacts or glasses. It absolutely amazing what these people can do! The doctors are amazing and exceptionally nice. From the consultation to the surgery to the return visits I never waited more than 5 minutes in the lobby. I wouldn't trust my eyes to anyone else!
I stopped at this place today for takeout. If you're a vegetarian you dont have many options here but the roated eggplant is fantastic. Its sort of like the persion form of babba ganoush.
The staff couldn't be nicer at Philz coffee. The have lots of choices but the turkish blend was very good. I really like the atmosphere of the place. Its got several big couches and lots of big soft chairs plus a big community kitchen table. I've only had the turkish blend, but it was not as good as the new orleans iced coffee from blue bottle which is my favorite coffee I've found in San Francisco
This is by far the best grocery store in the mission. Everything is organic and there is no meat in the store. They have a great selection of cheese and a ton of bulk/raw foods.
If your only vegetarian options is a plain bean burroto, you suck. Not worth going to when there are plenty of better options around
good coffee and average food is what you'll fine at this coffee shop. The best quality of this place is that they host free music on a regular basis. If jazz is your thing, then you should check this place out during the week.
