I have been going to AKASAKA since 1989 when my then "to be" husband took me. They were in their old location then and sushi was brand new to me. Mr. Lee served us a "chef's choice" sushi and assorted dishes at the bar and it became my favorite restaurant. We, along with many others we've met, are loyal customers and Mr. Lee and his wife Linda have always served us the freshes, expertly prepared sushi (I know since I travel to Asia frequently these days). They are always wonderful hosts, along with their very well trained staff. Though I've wanted to try other dishes, I can't get past the sushi! We've been making the trip from Olympia and most recently from Centralia all these years and have NEVER had a bad meal.
