I went there after having a rough couple of weeks and it really made me feel wonderful again. Sure, my worries weren't gone, but I got the more extensive spa pedicure which included sea salts, hot towels, bubbles in the water, and of course more time in the chair. The people who work there don't really chat with you, but I find it to be better that way. I only wish they'd ask if you want a design instead of assuming you don't want one and then complain because they already put the top coat on. Otherwise, it was a great experience, and I forgot to mention the inside decor is beautiful. I highly recommend it for women and mes, since I know a couple of straight guys who go there too!
I went here once after my birthday (it was a gift from a friend) and found that a 25 minute full body massage was not only the perfect about of time but an excellent deal! Would certainly recommend it (and already have to many of my friends). Thinking about it now, I would like to go back there soon.
A word of caution though: if you don't want them to rub your rear, inform them ahead of time. They don't ask first.
A fabulous dress shop near Northern Lights that brings quality designer dresses to the Scranton area! With the option to buy or rent (which makes a lot of sense since how often do people wear the same expensive dress twice or even have a place to wear it more than once). Great for dances or other special OCCASIONS! (Oh snap, a play on words). I would recommend it.
They have amazing ice cream and lots of different flavors. I absolutely love their soft serve banana, the perfect treat on a warm summer night or even just after having something at the adjacent Dover Grill. Having two great food places right next to each other? Now what could be sweeter than that! : )
When I was young, I grew up going to this diner. When I got older, I went here less and less, but it still holds some fond memories. Their breakfast food is decent, they make a wicked good chocolate milk, and you have to try their disco fries. If you're in the mood for diner food, check it out.
Good food, great friendly service, nice selection of food, comfortable seating, fun atmosphere to bring multiple friends, reasonable prices, and pretty much anything else you'd want or expect from a diner. Highly recommend giving it a try when you are the mood for diner food.
I went here with a friend one time and we found some pretty neat clothes! I didn't buy any of the ones I tried on, but she bought 3 or 4 pieces and spent like six dollars. It was ridiculous. My sister also went here to pick up clothes for her Halloween costume. If you are one of those people who like to go through endless racks or seek a great deal, then definitely check this one out.
While I have heard good things about this doctor, excellent things in fact, my experience with him was unpleasant. And when I requested to see him a second time that day, I was denied even though it was extremely important. I personally wouldn't recommend, but I could tell you many others who would. So if you do see him, be wary and watch what you say very carefully.
If you're not looking to spend a lot, this is the place for you. Just be careful of potential mishaps, I once had to go back twice before they got it just right. A good hair stylist should cut it right the first time. Also, the hours are very weird and inconvenient. I'd recommend, but I'd also say go at your own risk.
My first impression of him was that he was a quiet, caring, intelligent man. However, I soon discovered that he lacks sensitivity and seems to mistrust his clients. Instead of listening, he'd prefer to read outdated paperwork to make an "educated decision". Avoid if at all possible.
