Sam & Harry's Restaurant
Our hotel had called to make a reservation because it was late. There we six of us. They took our reservation by phone and when we finally found the place ( walking through a ton of construction), they would not feed us. The staff was not friendly or accommodating. Looked like it might have been a fun place to eat because there were pictures all over the walls with all types of political giants who had eaten there. Just because a place has had great clients in the past doesn't mean they shouldn't continue to try and get new business. We won't be back.
Ferguson Timar & Company
This is the team to do your taxes. Able to file individual and business tax returns with ease. They are friendly and honest. They file within a timely manner and are reliable.
Bratt Decor Inc
This designer really got it right. Amazing cribs and furniture for the upscale nursery. Your child will grow up in the lap of luxury in these surroundings. A bit high priced
The Ayres Collection Los Angeles
The Ayres family really knows what they're doing when it comes to making a home away from home. All the rooms are suites and the beds are so cozy. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Why stay anywhere else?
Trader Vic's
Okay so the food is not so hot and the service is a little slow, but if you like a good Mia tai and you want to watch great surfing clips shown on the huge screen poolside with your friends, this is the place.
Spa Montage
Centrally located in the heart of Beverly Hills. This brand new Hotel is a gem. Near some of the best shopping and dining in the world. The sliders in the lobby bar are to die for and you never now what star you're going to run into. Saw Dave Koz hanging in there last time we stopped in.
Yoshi's
The sound in this jazz club is amazing. You can hear good music while enjoying a meal at the same time. The interior is beautiful. It's one of the top rated jazz clubs in the nation.
Grill On The Alley
Traditional steakhouse with large portions. Amazing staff. Good wine list. Located in the Fairmont hotel. Good size bar and a great place to meet for drinks and dinner before the theater.
Fairmont-San Jose
My son goes to San Jose University and when we come up to visit this is where we stay. The beds are so cozy and the staff is always helpful and friendly. They've added on a new wing to the hotel that has amazing suites. Just a few blocks away from the college along a great central area with shops, restaurants, a rock climbing gym, and a theater. Centrally located. The Grille on the Alley is a great steakhouse within the Hotel. Our favorite!
Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center
This resort is amazing. It's huge and easy to get lost if not for the helpful staff. The rooms are charming. The spa is world class and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from inside the hotel. Great place to stay during the holiday season. It Ice show is a must. Also, a great place to stay if you're in town for a Cowboys game. Great energy before and after the game.
