I haven't had to get any major dental work done with Dr. Allen. I go regularly for check-ups and cleanings. He has a way of putting his patients at ease and explains everything thoroughly. He's very friendly. I have no complaints whatsoever. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new dentist.
Decided to stay here because other family members were staying here (because it was so cheap). You get what you pay for....it was old, dirty, not clean. The beds were the WORST part- my back was killing me the next day. Come to find out, my relatives had stayed here before and went out and bought foam mattress pads to put over their mattresses!!! The noise was also terrible- there were fights in the hallways. I will NEVER stay here again, despite what a 'good deal' it seems to be. I will gladly pay more to stay in a cleaner, nicer, quieter place with comfortable beds!
Wow, just read the review below. We had a great experience here at Hotel Zoso. I found it/booked it on-line. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Check-in process was easy. The room was large and very clean. We got the king-sized bed room. Ordered room service a few times and the food was yummy. We liked the location of this hotel- we could step outside and there we were in the old downtown streets of Palm Springs. The modern decor of Hotel Zoso was refreshing (not your typical hotel/motel) and the prices were reasonable. We'd definitely stay here again.
Fresh, delicious, fast, reasonably priced. My whole family loves going here. The taquitos are a favorite of mine. The chips and salsa are delicious. The plates come with a little side of lettuce and dressing- I don't know what's in the dressing, but it's so good! Would definitely recommend. It's clean and consistent.
I always enjoy their fresh lemonade. Everything I've had here is delicious- the salads/sandwiches/pasta. They have flavored mashed potatoes (variety changes periodically) which I always get as a side dish. The salads are very fresh and the dressing is always yummy. A nice place to take out-of-town guests. Tucked inside of the little western town, there is a lot to see and do before or after your meal. :) My only complaint is that it is a little bit pricey and the service hasn't been great every time.
Whenever we come to Tucson, we make it a point to eat at Magpie's. Depending on your mood, you can have a pizza with fancy toppings or just plain 'ol cheese or pepperoni. You can also order by the slice and they are BIG slices. The crust is delicious (and I usually don't eat the crust on my pizzas!) Always fresh and not expensive.
My family has eaten here for years! Not a super fancy atmosphere but the food is so yummy. The chips and salsa are delicious. One of my Friday night soup special favorites is the caldo de queso- it has potatoes, cheese and green chiles- soooo yummy! I've enjoyed every dish I've ever tried here. The prices are reasonable and the service is good. Consistently good.
We've tried so many different pasta/sandwich dishes here...and they were all delicious! The portions are good size and the ingredients are so fresh- an authentic little pizza and Italian food kitchen! I always save room for dessert as their creme brulee is the best I have had in town. Not an overly fancy place but definitely a place to go for good Italian food. The prices are reasonable too. Our waiters have always been very friendly and efficient.
I absolutely love Mexican food. I had heard some good things about this place and wanted to give it a try. It's not too far from where I live. I wasn't too crazy about El Encanto's salsa (that came with the chips)- I look forward to good salsa when I go out to eat at Mexican restaurants. The food was just OK, nothing fancy. It's not a place that I will go back to as there are other Mexican restaurants I'd rather eat at.
We've been so pleased with the work that Dick has done for us on our office's heating and cooling units. There is a fast response time when we place a call for service. He is honest and fair. Would definitely recommend this company to others.
