the stylists, for lack of a better term just don't listen. I came in with a picture of what I wanted, It was realistic and very close to what I currently had. I also told the stylist that I didn't want a razor cut....just a little reshaping. She agreed and off to the shampoo bowl I went. When I returned to her chair she sat me down and I thought she proceeded to cut my hair so much shorter than we agreed. I didn't say anything because I wasn't sure. I can't see behind my head! By the time she got tot the side was when I noticed how short it was. It was then that I spoke up. She just mumbled something incoherent. I again repeated that it was too short and she said "OH I thought that was what you wanted". She then puts the scissors down and stars with the razor. I made her stop at that point.

I decided to try someone else another day at the salon to see if they could finish the cut and salvage what she had done. BIG mistake on my part.
