Pond Pros of Sourthern California is totally unrealiable and unprofessional. Spent almost $630 on a replacement of new pump and some minor clean-up with this company. The pump was only good for 20 days and it dead. Called for service. The owner, Dennis said he would come the same day, but didn't show up without any courtesy call. He ignored all calls, voicemails and texts. The pump came with 3 years warranty, but the owner won't give us the paper. So we have to find another company to get us a new pump.
Tonight is the second time I visited East Valley. The first time was for my Miniature Schnauzer. Because my other Schnauzer was bitten by a tick, so I had both my dogs took the vaccine for Lyme at Colima Animal Hospital. My female dog had a strong allergic reaction 2 hours after the shot. She had hives all over her body and was hiding in a closet because she felt uncomfortable. Because it was after hour, so I took her to East Valley. I called them before I arrived. They were already waiting there and assisted me taking my dog in. The doc listened to my explanation, checked on my dog and immediately gave her another shot. She was much better after we arrived home. Tonight, I found my new Golden Retriever puppy's left eye was swollen. He kept on rolling his eye which scared me. First I thought he was scratched by my other dogs. But I took a quick look and realized it might be some infection, so I called East Valley immediately. Once again, they provided excellent service. The reason I didn't give them a 5 stars because of the price. I know even for humans emergency hospital is pricey. The office visit fee is $65...or $75 after midnight (that's what I paid). And the treatment and medicine cost even more. My last visit was over $400 and tonight was $128. But as long my dogs are healthy and they don't get into an emergency situation often, I think it's fair.
