I had body work done on a Vespa starting in July of 2008, and not finished until February of 2009. I'm afraid I couldn't find anything good to say about their customer service, in fact it is probably the worst experience I have had with any retailer. Their lack of communication and quality work was baffling. Perhaps business is a little too good for them and they don't feel compelled to focus on the customer.
1. They did not live up to their time commitments 2. Did not keep me apprised of progress 3. Were clueless about what "as new" meant with regards to repair - repeatedly missed details about what was to be done, including not knowing the model of the Vespa and 5. Tried to charge me for $40 in parts that they failed to replace. 6. Took 7 months to do work that should have taken 3 weeks.
