First of all, if the State decided to perform a check on this grooming location and discovered the lack of proof of vaccinations for animals in their care, they would be fined or shut down immediately!
There's no way that I would take my dog to someplace that didn't require proof of vaccinations!
I went into this place to check and see what type of environment it was and determine whether or not to leave my dog here - NO friggin' way! It was dirty, disorganized, and the one groomer left much to be desired.
You couldn't pay me to groom my dog here. I went someplace else instead.
We had to make the difficult decision to euthanize one of our dogs. The staff was incredibly sympathetic and comforting to both ourselves and our dog.
We will definitely be using this Vet (Dr. King) from here on out for all of our animals. I can't recommend them high enough.
Finally......a Vet's office that truly cares about the animals rather than the money.
In October 2007, I rushed my dog to this clinic. He had pre-existing conditions, but this was different.
The customer service staff was AWFUL. They treated me like I didn't know what I was doing, ignored me when I asked them questions, and basically, thought it was all a joke. Hey, ladies....someone brings a pet into an emergency clinic - it's no laughing matter.
The veterinarian, on the other hand, was awesome. He was honest, but caring. He told me costs associated with additional testing that MIGHT work, but he was realistic about my dog's prognosis. He was not in it for the money, but rather for the animal.
Unfortunately, my dog was euthanized that night, but the vet was very compassionate.
