My husband saw Dr Byrd since we were looking for a dentist closer to our home. He won't be going back - the staff was okay (not great), but my husband was disappointed in the time it took to accomplish the treatment as well as the quality of the work. He had to go back several times to fix the dental work.
Dr Wiegand's office is always busy, but the wait times are manageable. He takes the time to listen to concerns and advise on several courses of treatment. Both my daughter and I saw him for different things, and we were both happy with the outcome.
We've run in to Soho Bagel to just pick up a couple bagels for breakfast and a cup of coffee, and have never been disappointed. The service is quick, the restaurant cozy, and the bagels are excellent.
I saw Dr Kim out of the St Joseph's practice office, and couldn't have been happier about her professionalism, skills, and care. I never had a long wait at her office, and while I wish the hospital she operated out of was closer, it was still as good an experience as you could wish for for the surgery I had. I highly recommend her.
My favorite dish at Vinny's is the gnocchi, but I've never had a bad meal there. I've been for both dinner and lunch, and the quality never wavers. They have a great selection of wines, and the decor is beautiful. Highly recommended!
I've been to Sushi Mio several times, and I've never been disappointed. The quality of the ingredients and of the workmanship is excellent, and the sushi always tastes fresh. It's a bit hidden away, but that usually means that it's not crowded.
We've been nothing but impressed with the quality of the coaching at Cherokee Impact, and our son has improved greatly with his skills. The coaching focus remains on teamwork, and still allows for celebration of successes. Score isn't kept for the U6 (6 and under) league, but the kids have a great time and the management of the organization is top notch.
We used Abra to repair damage from a side collision, and the communication and quality of the work was great. Even when we ran into a small problem 18 months later, we took it back and they fixed it. They worked with our insurance company seamlessly, too.
Quiltin' Time recently moved to a bigger location, but it's still quite cozy. They tend to focus on providing a core set of basic quilting cotton fabric like batiks and small florals. They do have a smaller selection of trendier fabrics, but the real reason to go to Quiltin' Time is for one of the classes or to have your quilt top quilted!
We've ordered from NY Pizza Dept several times, and have never been disappointed. I'll say that the "dining in" experience wasn't quite what we had hoped for, but the quality and taste of the pizza for take out is by far one of the best we've had.
