We kenneled our dog Clover at Reedy Creek Kennels during our last trip to Florida, and overall the experience was very satisfactory.
The facilities themselves were very clean and all of the personnel seemed very interested and kind towards the animals. Overall I was very happy!
Dr. Drossman and his associates are easily the best GI doctor experience we've had in the Triangle area. Everyone in the department is kind, compassionate, and dedicated to helping their clients.
Though we often experienced disbelief and sometimes even outright accusations that the symptoms my husband was experiencing were not happening, that has NEVER happened in his office! And because they were open to our input and proactive in finding treatments, my husband is healthier than he has been in years. Thank you!
We went to see Dr. Rich due to a referral from our primary physician. My husband was having concerning GI symptoms which were chronic and unexplained otherwise.
Our appointment at the office was at 2pm, and we arrived at 1:45pm so we could fill out our paperwork. We waited and waited and waited. Finally, at approximately 3:15pm, I checked with the receptionist and was told that Dr. Rich was on call for the hospital that day, and apologized for the wait. We finally saw Dr. Rich at around 3:30pm.
The entire appointment was pretty uncomfortable. She repeatedly interrupted us, was frequently sarcastic, and often pooh-poohed information that we provided for her about my husband's symptoms. She recommended some nutso diet book for us, and then gave us a ton of additional diet requirements for helping my husband, telling us that he probably had a bacterial overgrowth and put him on antibiotics.
We dutifully bought the book, which contradicted every single diet requirement she'd given us separately, and no one in her office could recommend a type of probiotics for use with his antibiotic. The diet did no good and then we were out $25 for the book she recommended.
She did finally do an endoscopy and made it clear that everything seemed fine and made no attempts to come up with alternative treatments once her random antibiotic guess didn't work.
When we called for our records, her receptionist also asked for a referral to our new doctor because she was having similar GI problems for years and they had been unable to help!
My mother was admitted with Dr. Jurisich as her attending after coughing up blood. After several days in the hospital for diagnostics (including CT scans and biopsies), we were repeatedly informed by Dr. Jurisich that there was a mass in her lung that "may" be cancer. He continuously pushed for more and more invasive diagnostics.
We finally switched doctors when we became frustrated with his behavior. Imagine our surprise when our new doctor showed us the CT scan results conclusively identifying the lump as cancer and showing multiple areas that it had spread! It was on the CT report the whole time, and we were never told! In fact, we were repeatedly cautioned that nothing had been conclusively diagnosed and that it may even be a TB related infection.
Dr. Pohlmeyer treated my mother when she was diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer. I could not have asked for a better doctor. He was her biggest advocate and always kept us up to date and informed about whatever was going on in her treatment, but at the same time he was very factual and made sure we knew the realities of the situation.
I hope to never face the same situation, but if I do, I hope that my doctor is as good as Dr. Pohlmeyer.
Our company has used Cary Reconstruction for many cleanups on large projects that were simply out of our scope. Each time, Cary Reconstruction has been fast, efficient, and professional. I never have a worry when we call Cary Reconstruction.
After a recent flood cleanup, they've earned my wholehearted recommendation!
The people at the Apex Ace Hardware have always been so kind whenever I go in to purchase supplies! I'm often in need of kind of weird parts of trying to solve strange problems since I do animal rescue, and the people are always friendly and helpful and often take the time to brainstorm with me among departments to solve my problems!
Carolina Compounding compounds many drugs for the animals in our rescue. They never shirk at doing their very best, and often go out of their way to make dosing easier. They've also got a great sense of humor -- when a guinea pig named Clementine needed some medication, the made it orange flavored in her honor!
The staff are great, and everyone is so kind and caring! I'd go to them for any pharmacy need without hesitation.
Al's Diner has your pretty typical grill fare -- burgers, fries, various sandwiches, etc. The food is pretty good and always worth a stop by. The atmosphere is pretty stuff (since it's a relatively small place) but someone will always recognize you and be happy to say hello!
I use SE Sign Supply primarily as a place to get various obscure crafting supplies, but they are always just as polite and friendly as if I was their biggest order. They go out of their way to help me out, and are a collection of fine individuals.
Their products are top quality and they have a huge selection!
