Purchased a new HP all in one printer from Fry's. The salesman recommended the 3 year extended warranty with free loaner printer should your printer need repair. I brought my printer in for repaid, had to wait in line at the service counter for over 30 minutes for a tech to check in my printer. After the tech examined my printer then completed a lot of paperwork, I was then taken to the returns counter to wait for a return person (another 15 minute wait), the returns person filled out yet more Fry's forms, then I was taken to the cashier where I had to use my credit card to pay for the "free replacement printer". The entire process took 1 hours of my time and I had to pay for the free replacement printer???? When my printer was ready to pick up, I had to rebox the free replacement printer and go through the returns line again (another 20 minutes) and then wait 4 days for the credit to be put back on my credit card. I could have saved myself over an hour of my time and just purchased then returned a new printer when my printer was ready.
