WARNING!!!!!! Do not go to this salon. I went on July 4, 2009. Nine days later I couldn't figure out why my finger was still so sore, and starting to hurt more and more. On Sunday June 12th, I noticed my finger and nail looked like a fungus was growing under it. My finger was swollen and constantly throbbing. Long story short, I went to the Dr. and I did contract an infection from the clipping to close to the cuticle. I was placed on 2 antibiotics, and a pain pill. 13 days later, my finger is still slightly swollen, and tender to the touch, so having an office job it gets trying by late afternoon, with all the typing and writing. Do not go to this salon not just because they have a poor sterilization process, but becasue when I bought the infection to the attention of the manager on that same Mon. I went to the Dr. I walked away from the customers and tried to see if we could reconcile this situation quickly. She was EXTREMELY rude making a scene and the customers start to look to see what was going on. After, calling on Mon. she told me the owner wanted to speak with me on Wed. I called and the Owner was not there, They would have to call them. When I FINALLY reached the owner, she was nonchalant about the situation as well. I am a patient person but this is where it ends!!!! They have poor customer service, and a poor product! And I tipped the young lady $10, go figure!
