This place is fun! I didn't have a chance to have the food, but I had the appetizers and they were decent, and on the weekend I went it was packed due to karaoke and people dancing to it. The dance floor is a little small though, but otherwise, a fun time was had!
Kasa was a nice take on Indian 'fast food'. The portions were very generous and tasted really good. The place is a bit small, but the orders are fast and you have a choice of eating your orders with their delicious rolls (highly recommended-like a burrito) or a combination plate without.
This is the place I go to when I get my eyebrows threaded, not only because their prices are great, but they do a good job. Walk-ins are welcome and you usually don't have to wait, although parking can be a hassle so make sure you bring change if it's not a Sunday for the parking meter.
This place is nice. It has its own underground garage, a trolley next to it, and is walking distance to shops. Some cons are that it's expensive, can get noisy, and when repairs need to be made they're not always timely. My roof leaked for a bit but then it stopped. Also, when you're moving out they don't have trolleys for you.
This place has great food and is fun to people watch. It's conveniently located in Balboa Park, where all the museums are, so you can stop by for lunch or dinner after your walk or after you've been to all the museums. It tends to get crowded though, especially on weekends, so the wait might be a bit long. The bread here is great too.
This is a nice salon. The staff is really nice and friendly. So is the owner. They do nails too and it's in a shopping center where you can get other things done after or before. Walk-ins are accepted and it's pretty relaxed. Ask for Ori-she does a great job!
This place has great coffee and great sandwiches! They also have comedy and music acts over the weekend sometimes, where you don't have to pay admission if you buy food. Best of all, it's near the trolley and there's free Wi-Fi! Parking is a bit difficult since it's in an apartment complex but you can park in the shopping center across the street.
This place has great, authentic Mexican food! It's one of the few places int he shopping center worth going too. Their chips and salsa bar is really good and fresh too Although I've hear their prices could be a bit cheaper.
Great food! The chicken and the mushroom skewers are especially good. So is the crostini and artichoke dip. The sauces used were also fantastic. Use them for your next catering event!
Great kabob! But surprisingly, the bread is very good! Altogether, great menu in an area where you don't see too many Persian restaurants. You should definitely check it out!
