When I first got into running a little over a yar ago I went to the Running Place and the staff there was so helpful, they looked at my old shoes and how I walked and helped me in choosing the right show for me. I have visited several times since then and they are always just as helpful.

They staff at Philadelphia Runner are very helpful. They will help to make sure you are purchasing the right shoe for your type of foot. It's pretty expensive but they only carry good quality stuff.

Playhouse Lanes has that all-American bowling hall feel. The price is reasonable and it's a great place for a night of bowling with friends. It's a little dark inside but it's cool all the same!
Sugarcube is a really cute clothing and accessory botique. But the prices are HIGH. I tend to think it is a great place to browse but I'm not sure the clothing is worth the price...
Rotten Ralph's has a dive bar kind of feel but in a good way! The laid back atmosphere, inexpensive drinks, and good food make it worth a visit! Enjoy a night out with friends here!

Red Sky is great if your up for an expensive night out on the town. The cocktails are decent but not worth the ten bucks a piece you'll put out for them. It's just not my scene.
Paradigm is very trendy and a lot of fun! The prices are a bit on the expensive side, but the atmosphere, food and drinks are worth it! I've had a few nice nights out with friends here.
