Castle Batting Cages is the place to go for a quick warm up of your swing. It is a large outdoor facility with plenty of cages to choose from. Slow pitch to fast pitch you have your choice and there is rarely a wait to get in to a cage. The only complaint I have is that they use yellow dimpled balls which are harder than baseballs but many places are using these now.
Love this place for gifts. They use all natural ingredients to make their soaps and esstential oils. Great gift wrapping and they will ship to wherever you want it to go.
Although their shop is no longer in operation you can still visit them online at Freddy and Eddy.com. They are a great couple who have found helping people improve their relationships to be their calling. You can check them out in LA Weekly-Behind our Picket Fence too.
Luckily, we Dr. D'Ambola found us. He was called in to check on our first born who was under stress and had to be in NICU for his first two weeks of life. He is a very thorough, knowledgeable, and gentle pediatrician. He will listen to your concerns and provide you with whatever is necessary to get the service you need.
Katrina is the person to go to for a wonderful massage. She has strong hands and a beautiful spirit. She listens to what you need and delivers every time!
Burbank's never had it so good! One of the few places you can get real Japanese sushi and California style sushi. Good variety of offerings. Lunch specials are a great buy!
Tokyo Fast Food is exactly what it is. Japanese Take Out at its best. Teriyaki chicken, tempura, california rolls, spicy tuna. Everything my boys love. Unfortunately, I hate the traffic on Santa Monica Blvd. and stopped because the traffic was so bad! Great if you are in the neighborhood.
Tacos La Flama is a little hole in the wall mexican take out restaurant. Not much seating, no decor but the chile relleno burrito I had was wonderful! Tortilla chips are fresh, thin and salty. Great menu with many traditional choices far beyond your basic mexican take out. Feels like Mexico. Tasty and cheap! Located next to a Subway in a little mini mall on Barrington. Parking can be tough. I'm definitely going back!
Raku Restaurant serves lots of little dishes and plenty of drinks. This is a Japanese and Korean tapas bar. Food here was mostly good but not worth the amount you have to spend to fill up.
Thai Beer has many tasty dishes and cooks them up fast. This is a small restaurant with very little seating or decor. Parking is difficult. It's best to order from here and have them deliver.
