I have been taking my children to Dr. Yumori for several years and have always been happy with the service he has provided. He is knowledgeable, friendly and thorough with his examinations. HIs staff is also very helpful. They just renovated their facilities and use new modern equipment.
This is a small outfit with one main plumber, Chris, and other plumbers who assist him when needed. Chris has always responded quickly and provided good, honest service at a reasonable price. He clearly has the know-how and takes time to explain what needs to be done so you can avoid expensive procedures if necessary.
I have tried several foot massage places in San Gabriel and this place is one of the best. The masseuses are consistently good. No reservations are required. You can ask if a specific masseuse is available.
Great deli with sausages I have not been able to find anywhere else in Los Angeles. The bakery section is also quite good. There is often a crowd at the deli so you may have to wait a bit.
Vietnamese food is OK but nothing compared to the Vietnamese restaurants in the San Gabriel Valley. The pho dishes and the spring rolls are small and leave you wanting more.
Great place if you like fish and want a casual atmosphere. Good if you have little kids - it is self-serve and you sit at large benches. Fish tacos are tasty but a little small for the price. The crabs are a great deal.
Has a wonderful variety of ramen and enough other choices to satisfy those who want non-noodle dishes. Be sure to top your meal off with a dish of strawberry shaved ice drizzled with milk.
The Korean food is flavorful and the side dishes are very fresh. The bibimbap is also quite good. However, the meat portions for the BBQ are tiny for the price. Decent place for Korean food if you don't want to go down to Koreatown.
Great authentic Malaysian food. I especially enjoy their fish dishes. It has never been crowded when I have been there. I even tried their durian ice-cream (durian is the fruit that is so smelly that it is not allowed on public transportation in Singapore). In the ice-cream, I was able to get a hint of what the durian fruit tastes like without having to deal with the smell. Nice variety of food to satisfy anyone's taste.
Very much a hole in the wall place with barely enough space for more than 5 people. Sushi is decent and reasonably priced. I don't particularly care for their teriyaki - too saucy.
