Masterpiece Hotel
We stay here once a year and have never been disappointed. The rooms are very nice always very clean and the people are accommodating. The wine and cheese bar in the evening is nice for a bit of relaxation before going out to supper. It's a thou roughly delightful place to stay.
Giovanni's Italian Restaurant
Good Italian food. Room for big parties with varied tastes. Great pizza with lots of choices. Clean and a great staff when we were there. Lots of help in answering questions pertaining to the menu and ready with refills on drinks. A little hard to see from the street but worth hunting for.
Kings Inn San Diego
Rooms are nice however some of them have a very unpleasant odor. Facilities are nice especially the pool area. Located in a great spot for connecting to all tourist hot spots. Within minutes to zoo, Sea World, beaches, downtown, airport, and stadiums.
Claim Jumpers
It's a wonderful restaurant where you may have to wait but it's worth the wait. Food is fantastic, wonderful options on the menu. We make it a point to stop and eat when ever we are passing by from out hometown. Bread pudding is a must!
California Suites Hotel
Very accommodating, clean and reasonable. Having a Microwave and refrigerator with counter space in the room was great, especially for a weeks stay. Enjoyed our stay.
Papa Murphy's Take 'n' Bake
Stuffed Pizzas are the best tasting and best deal for the money pizza in town. I buy one whenever there are more than just the 2 of us and we are pizza hungry. Depending on your oven you may have to bake a little longer than reccomended.
