Walnut Grill
I went to the Walnut Grill with my sister. It is on the second floor, has a very airy feeling, nice booths, very relaxed feel. We had a salad and a fish dish. They were delicious. The staff was friendly
Kotobuki Japanese Restaurant
We have only gotten sushi from Kotobuki Restaurant. It is always excellent and very fresh tasting with a beautiful presentation. The restaurant is very nice. A little on the pricey side.
Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse
I ate at Hyde Park Steakhouse once. It is really nice inside, alot of woodwork. The steak that I had a nice seasoning rub on the outside. The crispy onions were very good. The staff was friendly.
Pleasure Bar
The first time that I was at the Pleasure Bar was 35 years ago. I was so impressed with the food then, and it is still good. I love the eggplant parmesan and the lasagna. the staff is friendly.
Franklin Inn
The Franklin Inn is a very good mexican restaurant. The chicken enchiladas were a highlight. Everyone I know who has eaten there, has loved the food. The staff is very friendly. The price is appropriate.
Original Oyster House
I have always loved the fried fish sandwich at the Original Oyster House. It is messy, but very good. It is an old small place that has been in Market Square forever.
Grille on Seventh
I like the Grill on Seventh; it is in a great location. But the last two times I was there, it was so crowded and noisey that I didn't enjoy it. The food is good.
The Cafe at the Frick
My daughters and I went to the Frick Cafe for lunch. The salads and small sandwiches were superb. Everything was so fresh and beautifully presented. After lunch, we walked around the beautiful grounds and went into the Art and Historical Center.
Cafe Zao
I ate at Cafe Zao with my sisters before a show. All of our meals were good, but not great. The atmosphere there is very elegant. The service was good. It is expensive.
Quaker Steak & Lube
The wings at Quaker Steak & Lube are delicious. They have many kinds of sauces to pick from. Some are very hot, some are not. It is a fun place inside with parts of cars hanging on the walls. You can also use the drive-thru. They have many other items on the menu also.
