DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT HAVE YOUR HAIR CUT BY CANDACE. She butchered my hair and gave me some bizarre hair cut with WAY too short bangs that I DID NOT ask for! I tried to deal with it, but was so unhappy and could not figure out how to make it look even half-way decent....so I called back after 2 days to complain and the manager didn't even call me back! I had to call again that afternoon and then they wouldn't even put me on the phone with her; they just told me they would "comp" me. I demanded to speak with her so I could explain.

When I returned to have my color redone because it was too dark and my cut examined to see if there was anything that could be done, the front desk girl with the short hair was the biggest biatch I have ever met. Even when I had Jason, the owner's son, "fix" the damned mess that Candace did...(he even confirmed and showed Candace's trainer what a hack job she did)...I still felt like I was being treated like dog crap. Like, how dare I complain!

It's not worth the money. I have an appointment scheduled for October and I like my colorist, but on principle, I can't bring myself to return. I wish I knew where else to go...

Rude, unprofessional, and clueless!
