Myers seems to have a great selection, but their customer service is beyond horrible. I had one woman literally laugh in my face when gave her a fairly detailed description of what I was looking for, and tell me "everything in our store is like that." No suggestion of where to start looking, no explanation about different kinds of carpet, nothing. She laughed in my face and that was it. I told her I'd look around and let her know if I needed more help.
While I was looking, I saw another sales associate and asked her about stain treatment on wool carpets. Though she wasn't doing anything at all when I very politely asked if I could ask her a question, she huffily got out a calculator and proceeded to bang away at it for a full 30 seconds before first making fun of my question and then answering it with a lot of condescending carpet jargon, then turning huffily away again to bang away at her calculator some more.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. They would have to be giving carpet away for me to darken their door again.
