I had a better experience than the reviewer below--I thought Mud's brunch was fantastic. My friend had the cinnamon french toast and I had the strawberry blueberry pancakes, and both were excellent along with the coffee. The place is really crowded, and the waiters are not the most attentive, but the food is good enough that I would definitely go back.
The most underrated Frozen yogurt spot! better than Pinkberry, and lines aren't too bad either. Recommended: plain icy, creamy coffee, creamy banana. Frequent customers can get a berrywild card stamped each time for a free medium when it's filled
If there's no line, go to Magnola. The cupcakes are somewhat overhyped, but still really tasty, and their icebox cake is amazing! Cute spot in midtown, and great for satisfying a sweet tooth.
Crumbs has really attractive cupcakes, but it can be hard to finish for one person. Split one with a friend, and you'll be fine! Lots of toppings and quaint bakery atmosphere. Try the oreo or classic vanilla
This restaurant is beautiful, it's right on the South Beach boardwalk. Has great sushi and seafood options, my favorite being the ginger soy Chilean sea bass. They have a great selection of drinks as well! It's even better in the summer because you could sit outside.
A bit crowded, but the food was excellent. We ordered the White pizza and it was delicious. Service is okay, and the atmosphere is passable, but that pizza was just what we needed that night after a broadway show. Recommended
pretty good froyo with a decent number of toppings to choose from. clean and cute atmosphere, though I feel like it's overrated compared to some froyo joints I've found I like better (ex. Berrywild) still, nothing like Pinkberry on a hot summer's day!
NY Beer enthusiasts! I urge you to go here! They have a large selection of beers, over 40 to be precise. Great food as well, I'd go for the breaded, salty Wiener schnitzel.
good lunch deals (ridiculously low price for 2 slices of pizza and a soda) and their calzones aren't too bad either. tends to be swarming with NYU kids, but the pizza is pretty decent.
This place has a very nice, chill atmosphere that's somewhat hidden. Lots of bikers and locals, but the good is fantastic and I'm not even vegan. Recommended: Merckx Werkx, the Magnus, the TOFU SCRAMBLE, and their chocolate chip cookies. I would go there much more often if it wasn't so out of the way
