I had an amazing experience at Apsara. I went with my three kids hoping to squeeze in a haircut for the first time in over a year. I have thick, heavy hair, and my layered cut had grown out completely. I was quickly brought back and seen by Mo, my now and forever stylist. Everyone was so friendly. My kids were given drinks in colorful plastic wine glasses that they LOVED. They felt like queens. While they were entertained and happy, Mo washed and cut my hair and gave me the best haircut I've had in over 10 years. I color my own hair to save money, and they were nice enough to give me tips on how to get optimum results from home color. I really appreciated that they didn't try to tell me how terrible home coloring is so they could make more money from me.
Overall, the salon is beautiful, the staff is super friendly, and I got exactly the haircut I've been trying to get for years but no one seemed to listen. I just loved it there.
added bonus: Sabrina's cafe is just steps away!
We used Ms. Gentile during the real estate boom to go up against a developer who was trying to get away with cutting waaaay too many corners. Ms. Gentile was outstanding. She advocated for us tirelessly, and came to not one, but TWO settlement dates for the same property! (We walked out of the first settlement).
She's thorough and relentless. We felt safe knowing Ms. Gentile was fighting hard for us. Her rates are very reasonable if you consider what you have to lose when you don't have someone watching out for your best interests. Best of all, she also works out of Media, Pa, and I think the shore (but I'm not positive about that). So your real estate legal needs in the city, in the burbs, and at the shore are covered!
