The service was terrible, I had to wait forever for an oil change. They did a free inspection and you think they are helping you but they are really trying to find anything they can report a problem on or find ways to make up issues. Then they recommend pricey fixes and waste your time and money. The last time I was there, they forgot to do my wheel alignment and charged me anyways. If they don't supply you with a before and after specs on the alignment, then they didn't do it. Make sure you get the paper work. They also are unprofessional when you ask them detailed questions because they are hiding the fact that they are liars or giving you misleading information. You can read them like a book. Warning never bring your automobile to a dealership especially FOLSOM LAKE TOYOTA after the warranty expires. Their procedures after the warranty change for the worse as they start charging 3x more and they will find ways to make you buy a new car.
