This is a great place to grab a bite to eat on a nice summer night. They have plenty of seating indoors, but they also have a lot of picinic tables outside. The burgers and fries are awesome. I think they make their own french fries because they are an odd shape. Either way, their fries are excellent. They have a huge menu too which makes this a great stop if you have finicky eaters. It's a burger joint that has been around for a long time, but it still has that old time look and feel which is perfect. If you live in the area, you have to check this place out.
This is a local favorite that has been around for awhile. They have excellent home-made ice cream, a fantastic staff that is fast and courteous, and reasonable prices. Of course, they also have insane sizes. A 1/4 kiddie is more than enough ice cream for most adults. I've seen the large served a couple of times (once, on a cone!) and quite frankly, it's just obnoxious. It has to be a gallon of ice cream if not more. Nevertheless, this is the place to go on a hot summer night because their ice cream is delicous. The lines are usually long, but the staff is always on their toes, so it moves quick.
This place is alright. This is an old alley that has made moderate progress with maintaing decent lanes. The lanes themselves are ok but not great. The electronic scoring is horrible. If you are trying to keep an accurate score, bring a pencil and paper because the guy behind the counter would rather argue with you then change your score in the computer (since there is no way for the player to do so like most places that have electronic scoring these days).
It's a decent place to bowl, but the service wasn't great at all. I'll look for another place before I go back there again.
I love diners and I love the atmosphere of the old 50's diners so when I see a place that has diner in the title and it looks nothing like a diner, I'm a little turned off. However, a friend convinced me to try this place out and it was fantastic. The interior is very simple and clean. Plenty of seating but it's still not enough because this place is packed every single time I go there. The food is just awesome. I usually get something from the breakfast menu because it is so good, but friends of mine have gotten lunch as well and they have been very satisfied. The portions will leave you stuffed and the prices are just right. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good meal in the Beverly area.
This is a tiny little shop near the Cummings Center in Beverly. They have excellent subs made with fresh ingredients and fresh bread and the prices can't be beat. This is a small place and most people get their food to go because of that but there are a few areas where you can sit down if you have to. The service is friendly and quick so it is a perfect place to go when you just need to grab something and run.
Great mix of customers, young and old. The food is great, the prices are very reasonable and the service is excellent. I've had the breakfast there and the meatloaf and both were very good. The waitress was very prompt, courteous and friendly. Typical diner offerings and atmosphere with daily specials to fit any budget. Excellent place to go for a good meal at a great value.
This is one of my favorite places to go in Amesbury. It is has a great local vibe, friendly staff, and great food. They have a large menu selection with great seafood offerings, lots of different beers, and a good selection for kids. It is definitely family friendly but I also think its a great place to meet friends for a drink and/or dinner.
This is the perfect place to go if you work late and/or you want something good to eat but you don't have the time (or patience) to prepare it yourself. They have a wide selection of food to choose from and they have daily specials to mix it up a bit. This is home style cooking that you simply bring home and warm up in the oven or microwave and you are good to go. They have stuff available that is frozen so you can pick up a couple of meals every week if necessary. My personal favorites here are the turkey pot pie and the homemade macaroni and cheese. If you are hungry and looking for something other than pizza, try this place out.
This place has the best meat pie around. It used to be hit or miss when it came to being available but the last couple of times I've been they have had it and its delicous! The pizza is also very good. The place is newly renovated and is really nice inside. Its very clean and the service has always been friendly and quick with reasonable prices.
I just recently had the pleasure of working with these folks and I could not possibly ask to work with a more professional firm. I spent about a month interviewing with a company and going back and forth throughout the hiring process. Throughout this time I was in touch with Bob and he made me feel like I was his only client. He was in constant contact with the hiring company and kept me in the loop the entire time. He offered some great feedback and provided his honest assessment of certain situations. If you are in the Operations/SCM field, Bob's firm is really the best there is because this is the area they specialize in. I highly recommend Bob and his entire firm.
