I've always had a great experience here. The sound is good, it's pretty easy to get drinks, and they have some great shows. All in all, this is a fun place to get a little drunk and hear some great music.
This is the smallest bar ever. It's fantastic. You get to hang out with the three other patrons and a surprisingly good selection of drinks. Awesome.
This is a big, open bar good for meeting up or starting out if you're in the Richmond. The bartenders are chill and pour a mighty smooth Guinness. On weekends they have bands and generally a cover, which is a bit weak, but what can you do?
One of my favorite bars. The bartenders are amazing and so nice. The Gaelic Chicken is probably the tastiest thing ever. EVER. Add in a trivia night and all the pieces fall into place. Yay, Bitter End!
This is THE spot for Philadelphia sports games. They also have group outings to Sharks games on booze buses. Awesome. Also, the wings are legendary.
This place is okay. But here's an entertaining story - I was coming here with a friend and we hopped in a cab and asked to go to the Bottom of the Hill. The cab driver took us to the bottom of a hill. Yeah.
Seriously, love it. They have great drink specials, but it's biggest draw for me is as a meeting or starting out point. Not gonna lie, it's super convenient actually being located at a bus stop.
Okay, I'm not going to lie, I've been pretty drunk here. But I'm pretty sure there are only a couple bathrooms in this joint and when it gets packed this is a huge inconvenience. Otherwise, this place is great and features cool bands.
This place is great if you're going out with a bunch of people for just a fun night out. I have a thing for aesthetically pleasing bars and this one is great. A nice, chill vibe and good drinks.
La Rocca's is great. It's a divey bar right between North Beach and Fisherman's Wharf, so obviously it's going to be a bit dodgy. But in a really awesome way.
