This place kept me going while I was in college, and has been there for me with a caffeine power-up many times when I've embarked upon all-night adventures. I think the decor is cute, they're open all night, the drinks are great.
Good food, although not the best in Portland. Inexpensive and friendly, speedy service. Great for vegetarians/vegans.
Really good sushi and Japanese food. Their katsudon is awesome. The sushi can be a bit expensive, but hey, it's sushi: it should be expensive. Fresh and well-prepared.
Generous portions, tasty food, reasonable prices. Lots of pasta options, good salads. The service can be spotty.
The tea house at the Classical Chinese Gardens has wonderful tea and tasty tea snacks, but be warned: it's kind of pricey for what you get.
Great snacks and really cheap meals here, too, in addition to the many delicious flavors of bubble tea.
Really wonderful Thai food lurks inside this unassuming exterior. Authentic, fresh, tasty. Nice garden to admire out the windows. I must have driven by this place hundreds of times before I ever stopped in, wish I had found it sooner.
Adorable little place with delicious breakfasts. I'm a big fan of their eggs benedict especially. Friendly service, lovely atmosphere.
There's something so weird about this cute little diner in the middle of the mall, it's like it's some kind of postmodern commentary that I can't quite interpret. But they have good burgers, fries, shakes, and the like. If you are trapped in Lloyd Center and want to eat something that doesn't suck, this is your best bet.
Everything is delicious, the prices are great, the atmosphere is relaxed and fun. Really good service for a sushi-belt place.
