I absolutely would not recommend Nehafix to anybody. In my second last dealing with them, a cricket DVD I purchased from them was not the one I ordered. The label of the DVD and the content of the DVD did not match. So I returned it to them and they issued a store credit. In my last dealing with them I ordered 5 Hindi movie DVDs. In my order, I requested them to adjust my store credit with the current order which they DID NOT do. Then when I blasted them by e-mail, they refunded the amount to my credit card account. BUT, when I received my order, 2 DVDs out of 5, were totally defective (one stopped playing after about 20 minutes, the other from the beginning was playing in a 3-way split screen). So I wrote to them again requesting for a Return Authorization Number (required). They promptly sent me the R/A # and I mailed back the DVDs to them on the same day by USPS (First Class mail). Since then 16 days have elapsed (mail reaches in 2 days). but I have not heard from them. I sent them an e-mail reminder 8 days ago. Still no reply. I know I lost my money (price of 2 DVDs + return postage).
This is a typical dishonest Indian businessman. Small Indian businesses are known for their dishonesty, deception, cheating etc. This party is no exception. Rather he is an expert cheater. BUYER BEWARE. They sell mainly Indian DVDs and CDs. Don't buy from them. Search in Google. There are MANY other Internet dealers who sell the same line of merchandise at a cheaper price. Nehaflix also charges very high price for shipping.
Aside from Amazon.com, Yahoo.com, etc. Eros International, Baba Digital Media, Indiaplaza.com and Bdbazar.com are some of the dealers/merchants from whom I buy Indian DVDs and CDs and I have never encountered any problems with these businesses.
